Support

Praize is an audio-first prayer app: you pray for people out loud, in your own voice, and they hear you. It is operated by Joshua Katigbak, an independent developer. When you email support, he is the person who reads it.

Before you email

Please do not email private prayer text or prayer recordings. Support does not need them, and email is not a private channel for them.

For a troubleshooting email, include only:

Sign-in

You sign in with Apple or with Google. If sign-in stops or loops, close the app fully and try again. If it still fails, email us and name the step where it stops.

Recording and playback

Praize needs the microphone to record your prayer. Check that the microphone permission is on in iOS Settings → Praize. If a prayer does not play, check the media volume and any connected Bluetooth audio device first.

Prayer requests

You choose who can see each request before you share it. To change or remove a request, open it and use its menu. If a request does not post, email us with the step that failed.

Translation and moderation

When Praize produces a transcript or translation, an automated system creates it, so it can contain mistakes. If one looks wrong, tell us. If content concerns you, report it in the app; reports go to human review.

Notifications

If notifications stop, check iOS Settings → Notifications → Praize, and check your Focus modes. If they still do not arrive, email us.

Reports and blocks

You can report content and block people inside the app. Use these controls first — they are faster than email. Email us if you need help with a report you already sent.

Account, data export, and deletion

You can export or delete your data from the app's privacy and data settings. To delete your account without the app, follow the steps on Delete your account. For any privacy or data request, email privacy@praize.faith. The Privacy Policy explains your rights, and the Terms explain the service. The Community Guidelines explain what is not allowed and how we enforce it.

A note on safety

Praize is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or a local crisis support line now.
